ImSan’s patient safety efforts aim to ensure that all of these steps work together to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to all patients across our health system.
A dedicated Quality Hygiene and Safety Department works with hospital leaders, physicians and staff to continually improve quality and safety, including by preventing events such as healthcare-associated infections, patient falls, and medication errors. This department also monitors performance on important quality measures.
